The CMB issues a publicly accessible Biennial Report every two years. The report describes all CMB philanthropic activities and its audited financial statements. Requests for previous Biennial Reports will be accommodated to the extent feasible given availability of past Reports. Beginning in 2008, CMB's Biennial Reports will be fully accessible on its website.

The China Medical Board retains its key documents for historical purposes at the Pocantico Archives. The
Pocantico Archives, about one hour north of New York City, houses the papers of various Rockefeller and related
